New to our lab or haven’t sent a case in 12+ months? Register to claim First Crown Free and evaluate contacts, occlusion, and communication.

1) Register the offer

Tell us who you are and confirm eligibility/exclusions. We’ll reply with a quick confirmation.

2) Choose submission type

Send a digital scan (preferred) or ship a traditional impression with our UPS label.

3) We fabricate & return

Standard turnaround applies. We’ll follow your Rx and communicate case updates as needed.
